Catholic Charities staff member Katie Holmes will be speaking on refugees and the current situation in Syracuse at our next WTB Meeting. She works with the organization’s refugee resettlement program.
Come join us from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, October 5. We’ll be meeting at Jowonio School, 3049 East Genesee St.. Come around back and enter the door there off the parking lot.
If you can bring finger food, other attendees will appreciate having a snack. Men are welcome.
You could also bring toiletries such as shampoo, soap, feminine hygiene products and conditioners which will be given out by Catholic Charities Refugee Assistance Program at an upcoming health fair. Bring a friend and introduce her to the wonderful women of WTB. We hope to see you there!
